Questions
Do you build to low-energy standards?
We build to whatever standard your designer specifies and have the trades to deliver high levels of insulation and airtightness. Ask us about the specific standard you have in mind.
Can you take a project from planning through to completion?
We build from approved drawings. We can recommend architects and engineers we have worked with for the design and planning stages.
How long does a new house take?
Usually nine to fourteen months on site for an individual house, depending on size, ground and finishes.
Start with a conversation about the house.
Tell us where the house is and what you have in mind. We will come and look, and say honestly what we think.
